This movie was a big success, when all I know was still playing a Barbie doll and sailing a paper boat inside a bucket of water is a big joy! Hehe.

Have you seen the movie? I you haven't, well I recommend you to watch it because DiCaprio will fascinate you with all the characters he played.

So.... “Catch Me If You Can” is a drama, action, and adventure movie directed by Steven Spielberg. The script is written by Jeff Nathanson and Abagnale Jr, and published by Kemp Company and Splendid Pictures in Theaters on December 25, 2002. The duration is 2 hours 20 minutes. After it was released in 2002, it reaches the profits $164.4 M. Catch Me If You Can was starred by an Oscar winner, Leonardo DiCaprio, and his partners are Tom Hanks, Christopher Walken, Martin Sheen, and Nathalie Bay.  

This movie inspired by a true story of Frank William Abagnale’s life and made Leonardo Di Caprio as the main star in this film. Frank William Abagnale’s son participated in the process of making this film so it is very interesting. Catch Me If You Can film is only for adult because the film retells the story of Abagnale when he is adult. There are many scenes that contain of vulgar part. In the film, there are many parts that show the way to be a deceiver. So, it can give bad influences or people who watched it.

  Leonardo Di Caprio often acts with Tom Hanks. Di Caprio as Abagnale became the fugitive of Federal Bureau of Investigation. As a guard of FBI, Carl Hanratty (Tom Hanks) wanted to execute his work very well. Both of their performances are very good because they can make the story alive. Di Caprio acts as a real deceiver and Hanks can play a role as a well-versed FBI agent.

The technology form of the film is ordinar because this film used technology in the 20^th century. If the film is compared with today’s technology, it cannot be mentioned as an excellent technical film. However, the plot of this film is very neat and it can captivate the audience because of unpredictable story.

Most of the music is tense because the music or soundtrack arranger of this film wanted the audience perceived the plot of the story. The titles of the soundtrack are To Tell the Truth by Paul Alter and Robert Israel, Embraceable You by Judi Garland, and Put Your Hair on My Shoulder by The Lettermen.

It is a biography of a 21 years old American deceiver in the 1960. Frank W. Abagnale took care of himself after the divorce of his parents. He worked as an attorney, a professor assistant, a doctor, a lawyer, and as a co-pilot for a major airline company-all before reaching his 21st birthday. Abagnale is known as an excellent deceiver.

As an adventure film, it is very good film because it gives the viewers a lesson that nothing impossible in the world, whoever we are. At first, he always experiences much bad lucks. When his parents divorced, he escapes from his house and stay in a hotel, but he is expelled in the middle of the night, he detected that he pays by fake check.

An FBI agent, Carl Hanratty looking for him and he wants to capture and bring Abagnale to the justice. Carl often fails but he never stops to try, he chases Abagnale wherever he goes. That is why, this film named “Catch Me If You Can”. It means that Abagnale can escape many times.

          Frank William Abagnale is very close with his father, Christopher Walken. his father taught him some roles because he wanted his son to survive in life. Morally, it is good if parents wanted to make his children to be a good survivor in life, but what his father taught to Abagnale is not good. Walken did not consider what the consequence is.

          I personally recommended Cath Me If You Can film, but it is only for adult. The film is very interesting because the audience can get many precious lessons to face this live. Stephen Spielberg arranged it very neatly and well. All of the actors make life this film and their roles is very good. I would not be disappointed in this Hollywood film.
